Everyone has their own inner healing wisdom, but sometimes, painful events in life cloud it. In therapy with my clients, I create a safe set and setting so your wisdom can emerge and strengthen. Perhaps, allow it to reunite you with your most important values, or to seek refuge and find calmness when challenges occur.

My approach lies in an unwavering therapeutic alliance grounded in patience and unconditional positive regard. Together, we gently explore experiences that may feel heavy, unresolved or taboo, bringing them enough compassion and understanding so that they can transform to what may serve you better. Choosing therapy is an act of self-love that can lead to improvements in your health, relationships, work, and spirit.

I am a pre-licensed therapist in the Psychedelic Therapy Training Program at Columbia University. My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing burn out, attachment issues, grief, immigration and generational traumas.
